We deliver our products through courier agencies with which we cooperate. The user will be informed in a timely manner about the method and date of delivery, and if the goods are not available, we will inform the customer about the next possible delivery date. The customer can then accept the new delivery date or cancel the order. The deadline for delivery to the user, from the day of shipment from our warehouse, is 3 days for continental Croatia, while delivery to the islands is within 5 days.
Product delivery is only possible within the territory of the Republic of Croatia. If you want delivery abroad, please contact us via email. The delivery price is calculated when ordering, according to the agreed prices with the Intereuropa courier service. The delivery price list is available at this link for download. When taking over the product, the customer is obliged to check for any damage and immediately report it to the delivery worker who delivered the goods, or refuse to take delivery of a shipment with visible external damage. The delivery service delivers to the driveway and does not bring the shipment into the client's premises. We are not responsible for delivery delays by the delivery service.
According to the agreement, it is also possible to pick up the goods at our warehouse in Karlovac, at Kaštel ulica 49.
